Troll 2
The story
A family discovers that a rural town has an unusual dietary agenda.
Critical appreciation
A profound examination of vegetarianism, rural hospitality, and the dangers of accepting food from strangers. The film's decision to exclude trolls entirely demonstrates a level of artistic restraint rarely encountered in modern horror. A triumph of nutritional terror.
